Becoming a member involves the completion of the Vitrification Hands-on training and complying with the procedures of us, as well as registering for your ID and password on this site. Member registration will be 1 registration per 1 Vitrification Hands-on training graduate (for each clinic). In the event that there is a change in the member’s full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information reported to our center, you shall send the notification of change as soon as possible (email@example.com). As client membership is strictly personal, members shall not engage in loans, transfers, name change, buying and selling of the pledge, and commit an act such as to provide other collateral to third parties.
For purchasing method, you may send a wire transfer or make a credit card payment.
In case of standard shipping, the shipment will be sent within 2 weeks after payment confirmation, however, please note when there is a high-volume order, peak period, etc., we will contact you to discuss the date of delivery. We will use reasonable efforts to ship the products to the customer by the mutually agreed upon shipment date or agreed in writing. For delivery, you may use your existing account for import (for example: FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.) or you may choose to use our company’s carrier. In the event that you choose to use our carrier, our company will provide an invoice for your delivery fee. If you are using DHL, FedEx or our company’s carrier, you will receive an automatic notification of your tracking number. If you are using another carrier, you will be contacted by us. When products are imported, customs/consumption tax/customs clearance fees will be applied, by which then we ask that you please pay your carrier in the future. Furthermore, if there is a need of assistance for receiving package at customs inspection, attach the tracking number to this e-mail and please contact us for details. Risk of loss for items purchased from the website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. All shipments can be traced by a tracking number online. We provide products nearly at initial cost for the IVF centers and patients in all countries outside Japan. Please understand to incur the shipping charge and the customs duties at arrival.
